I gotta say he has made some improvements and he is looking good. He is gonna do some damage in the heavies. His form is pretty good and he is definitely a strong dude as you can understand from the rack deadlifts.

Another boring training vid. The only vids that stand out in my mind are the ones from branch, kai, rodney roller and the one when Evan talks about fish. All these others are sh*te.

He has a great physique.... but god dam is it me or does his chest lack thickness? I think this is one of his biggest weaknesses.

His lower half is light years ahead of his upper body. Seems to have a bit of gyno and needs to put some mass on his chest.

Doesn't look ready for two weeks out. Making major improvements though. His chest is still WAY too small and with that tiny gyno jutting outward it really detracts from his mm and other front/side poses.
Hopefully he picks up that chest. Big strong mofo.

Looks to have made improvements everywhere, although looks to really have advanced his back width and hammies. I still think he can dial it in, its hard to say someone will miss their peak judging two weeks out, who knows what their prep is. I remember people saying Kai was no where near ready for the Arnold. Steve has strong support and I would be surprised if he comes in way off. Will definitely be close between him and Trey, although I think Steve has an infinitely better future as a pro.

True. Those rack pulls were easy stuff for Steve, though (close to contest though so of course it's expected to be lighter weight than full on off season). He's pulled in the mid 8's out of the rack with Justin Harris during his DC days when they were partners. Pretty sure he pulled 585 for around 6 from the floor recently also. Dude is definitely strong.
