Help with boyfriend weight
Hi, my boyfriend is 5'9 190 and overweight. I want him to be healthy , he is more top heavy and Mexican. What would be an ideal weight for him and what kind of exercises could I have him do, he doesn't want to be muscular just skinny, thanks.!

Cardio.. I'm guessing he has like 20% bodyfat and up, get him eating less and exercising more.

eat less workout. Some people have had awesome results with clenbuterol. But thats a last resort. Also make sure you get it from a legit source

clen isnt a steroid although it is slightly anti catabolic its an ashma medication which is used an insane amount in bodybuilding and other situations in which the person needs to cut body fat. Its used saftly in a huge population of people. I also told her to eat less and workout and if nothing works to try clen.

you're ****ing nuts. first of all, this is the teen section and you aren't allowed to suggest things like that.
Also Clen is an asthma medication for HORSES. not people.
Idk if you realize... but even at 190lbs, that is smaller than a horse.
I know a lot of fighters who take it to cut weight, and it also ****s with your cardio because its' effect on your lungs.
Also, the whole buying it offline things is risky, because without a prescription they can stop it in the mail, thus, you pay for it and never get it, and then you are flagged and your mail will be more closely monitored... I read about this in some roid-endorsing magazine while waiting in an airport.
