Haha, well once I get better tables and better sections, I expect to have some days like those My section has no big tops and is entirely 4 person booths. Kinda limits on how much I can make. On big tops I made around 10-20 per table. Today? Not so much.

11-9 Chest/Tri's

Ugh...felt like **** during the workout. Had my pre-WO drink and a cup of cottage cheese before the workout. I thought that would be sufficient, but I felt incredibly hungry during the workout. All I could think about was food, and how bad my stomach wanted to eat itself. Then I checked my macros from yesterday:

Usually I have about 1,000 calories more than that in a day! It's weird though b/c I didn't feel too hungry. I just didn't have a chance to eat anything yesterday though, minus the 6 egg omelet I made myself after work, lol. Still, kinda stupid to only eat that much.

Thoughts:

Not horrible, but not good either. Very upset with my bench today. Had a nice rally (no bb.com member) at the end with the skulls and the flys. Other than that the workout was a flop. Might take an off day tomorrow to recover from the back to back doubles, not to mention tonight's shift.


Good news is I'm starting to lean up:





Just need to get those lower abs to come in, and those upper abs to come in fuller!

Btw most I've ever done for a 3 rep max is 240x3, get that betta **** outta here!!! When you have your bad days you notice it more when you can move some weight around. It happens but doesn't mean anything

you had a few rough days so energy may have been somewhat lower

225x8 is pretty good on bench, keep pluggin at it and I know you'll hit 225x10 next time
We can all be hard on ourselves when we have such high expectations. Roll with it, take a day off and come back firing next time.

Still had some decent strength on the DB presses and skulls later in the workout.
and yeah, leaning up dude. Good work so far.

Wynnz, you have come a loong way from your earlier pics and looking great buddy, soon the washboards will be yours for the win. Great transformation and pic just proves it. You are crankin sir.

Don't be too hard on yourself with lifts, easier said than done I know. Bench is still stellar and most guys would kill for those stat's.

With that said, Aust-America war is still on and the 14 rep challenge is still pending, make it happen (I know you will)

Maybe get a feed at the 'whales' place the night before and your energy levels will be at 110%!

Thanks man! The only reason why I was upset with it was because I got 225 x 10 last week on my last set, and that was my 2nd set, which should have been an easy 10. I was expecting 205 x 10, 225 x 10, and 235 x 7 today Oh well, like you said, I'll come back firing next time!

Okay, just my right wheel, lol. I don't think I've ever posted a pic of my legs. The bastards are very hard to take pics of! I looked in the mirror today before taking my shower, and noticed that my legs are HUGE! I love seeing definition in them too, even though it is kinda gross lol. It's like there's a whole shelf over my thigh.

Also did some measurements! Last update was from February 09.

February November

Weight: 186lbs 191lbs
Chest: 37.5" 40"
Waist: 34.5" 32"
Biceps: 14" 15"
Thighs: 20" 23"
Calves: 14" 15"


Not a whole of substantial difference here, but I'm not too concerned about the numbers in this aspect. It's about how I look! Still, only gaining 5lbs over the course of 9 months and having such increase in the thighs and chest is pretty solid! Not to mention the decrease in the waist size! Biceps only gained about an inch, but the difference between this:








And this:







is pretty noticeable! Can't wait to see what I'll look like in 3 months!

This is an awesome accomplishment! Seriously, you should be very proud, to add size all around while shrinking the waste is very hard to accomplish. If you keep at it like you are, you will definetely see amazing results in 3 months....6 months....9 months....and so on and so on.

Thanks buddy! Yeah, it was extremely difficult to do, and honestly...32 inches is probably the slimmest my waist will ever be. I'm big boned, therefore my pelvis is gigantic, lol. I'm actually very surprised my chest size increased that much, which is very odd. I've always had a big chest... Maybe it was just fattier when I measured it, therefore it squeezed in more when I wrapped the measuring tape around it?

Thanks buddy! I've noticed your transformation has become very similar to mine, as in we've both added strength while decreasing waist size. Our training has been similar as well (beginner's training, cut, bulk/endurance) so you more than likely have made similar progress! Be sure to give yourself a pat on the back as well! Oh, and I see big greens in your future once your journal hits the 3 month mark

A couple of attractive girls were lifting beside me, so of course I go into caveman mode, which sounds something like:

Ooo! This lift not lower, it back lift. Me no care. I do lots of weight. Pretty lady see Wynner do lots of weight. Want to have Wynner's babies. Okay, Wynner no want to have babies, pull out and pray. Other males stay away, Wynner get 50lb dumbbell and beat you! Oooo ooo oooo!

In all honesty, they probably thought I was a tool. Still...they were staring at me quite a bit I mean...hey...I'd do me.

Glute Raises

35lbs: 10
60lbs: 10 New PR, +15lbs



Thoughts: Gym was hot, I wore sweat pants, and was literally drenched by the end of the workout. Leg strength still isn't quite there, but I don't think it's necessarily "strength" per se, I think it's the concept of conditioning my body and getting back in shape for performance. It will take longer than I would like, but I really want the lower body to start blowing up. The back lifts actually worked pretty well with the split today, which makes me feel like less of a caveman.

Thoughts: Gym was hot, I wore sweat pants, and was literally drenched by the end of the workout. Leg strength still isn't quite there, but I don't think it's necessarily "strength" per se, I think it's the concept of conditioning my body and getting back in shape for performance. It will take longer than I would like, but I really want the lower body to start blowing up. The back lifts actually worked pretty well with the split today, which makes me feel like less of a caveman.
