Food so far:
Tuna fish
microwavable fish
chicken breast
4 things of cottage cheese
2 cartons of eggs
3 bottles of egg whites
3 boxes of kashi go lean!
natural pb
greek yogurt
a bigass thing of oats (like a 2 lb container lulz)
beans with a high protein, low calorie content.
and some muscle milk rtd.

buy your whey online, you can find it WAY cheaper
nix the egg whites and buy extra eggs, they'll last longer and for half the price you get way more whites (when you need whites just crack em n separate them)
protein bars may have a better taste, but they're just protein and sugar alcohols. Instead, take a half- to a whole cup of oats, one scoop of whey, and put them in a shaker and take it with you. When you're hungry, fill it up with warm-to-hot water, shake it up, let it sit 5 minutes to absorb, and chug it down

mk that makes sense.
and target sells 2 lbs of PURE PROTEIN WEIGH cookies n cream flavor fr 17 bucks. tastes good, and got 26 grams of whey per serving not to bad imo. so there isn't really a reason to buy them online.

don't buy the 1lb tub. I think you usually pay too much when you buy it that small.
Just get the two pounders, or better yet, buy a 5 pound tub instead.

that is almost $9 a pound plus tax for whey. You can buy 10 lbs of quality whey for $60 shipped online... that's $6 a pound. Thats a savings of $3 a pound or $30 for 10 lbs... which lasts me about a month... you could take that $30 and buy yourself some steak.

true. i mean i already have muscle milk, but ppl are always saying slow digesting muscle milk is bad. i mean it has 1 g sat fat and 20 grams protein and 160 calories per serving.

Fish oil , GOOD multivitamin ( preferably one you take several times a day ) and FOOD, if you can afford whey then by all means get it but food > Supplements.
