*weight has been up and down no at one point after my refeed day earlier in the week I was sittling at just over 200lbs then on thursday like 216 but I attribute that to fluids ,cho intake,snacking while cooking[I tend to do this when im 12 weeks out ] not cheating exactly but NEVER AGAIN I will say that as of this morning Im back to 199lbs[after peeng upon waking]
so for the 11 weeks mark we are going with
1.slight drop in protein[5grms]
2.adding in 3intervals[im at 15]
3.upping liss/miss to 25 min 2xs a week
4.changing up the split to not sure yet about this we will see
day 1-lower body[power]
day 2-shoulder/arms [power][HITT CARDIO

WHEW BEEN CRAZY BUSY BUT IN A GOOD WAY

friday/saturday updates
thursday hit up upperbody was rather statisfied with the session[hypertrophy volume]friday
we hit lowerbody hyper AND IT WAS ON! no joke was a awesome workout
maybe because I spent the 3hrs before my workout reading the journal of natural pro/freak
