How would I figure how many carbs I would be allowed in a day?

I'd say start off with 20 grams per day. That should get you into ketosis, then like the above poster said, you can play with number and see how your body adjusts to it.

alright any advice on food cause everything I look at has alot of carbs or 20g per serving
