the caffeine content is roughly 325mg per serving. I cannot back this but I read this on a different thread. I have personally used it and it is a pretty good preworkout. similar to superpump was the feeling i got.

I still like jack3d a little bit more but this product is still very very potent and the crash is not as bad if you can handle the caffeine

I don't know that it's correct to assume that ingredients in supps are listed in any kind of order (like with food). It's clear they do not fall under the same regulation - were that the case, caffeine content per serving would be limited to ~70mg.

Creatine + caffeine. A good way to throw your money from the window...and give your kidneys a hard time.

Pre-wt supps shouldnt have any caffeine in it.

They had me at a whopping 155mg of "Non-Steroidal Anabolic Multi-Phase Stack" - but my head asploded when I saw it also contained "25R Spirostan-5A-Diol-6-One-3-One-Undecanoate"

Check 'Net reviews on ingredients. Pure quackery. But the number of times "Non-Steroidal" appears on the label should have told you that....

It looks like b.s., right? I remember looking into this a few years ago. I can't find any actual reviews or testimonials of people who tried it. I read one study that said that the active ingredient has only one study wherein it has extreme muscle growth, and I think it was in lab rats.

Sounds like their playing off the recent PH Ban... trying to market the "perfect steroid" (Having high Anabolic properties with low or no Androgenic property), while at the same time marketing it as "non-steroidal"... morally aligning it with all the recent media hype. And yet "Anabol" is the name of a real steroid.

They even include the names of 5 different esters commonly used in anabolic steroids (Acetate, Propionate, Cypionate, Decanoate, Hecogenin). All they do is control the release of the agent their binded with... so why use 5 different esters with 1 compound?
