I'm thankful for all the blessings God has given me. My wondeful family, my ability to do the things I do, and all of the gifts that he has provided me with.

I'm thankful for life -
In February of this past year I suffered a cardiac arrest while training one of my clients at the gym. Since then, I've had a speedy, full recovery and am back to training full-time and enjoying every second of life. At not even 24 years old, it really is a big hit on you when you realize life is so precious and can be taken away so quickly.
(Did not mean to pull the whole 'emotion card' for this - I'm just being honest... I am so thankful every day to wake up and be breathing... Thanks for the opportunity for this contest! )

Thanks! I smoked since I was around 12 years old, about a half a pack a day, full pack a day on weekends. I "quit" several times but would find my way back smoking again. This time is different. After the first month or so, which was hard, I now have no real urge to smoke. Another benefit is I also have less of an appetite for alcohol since I quit. I used to go to the bar, have drink after drink, smoke after smoke. But now I barely go out to bars and just have a few beers when I drink. I feel great, hitting the gym harder than ever.
