Competing is something that I have been tossing around in my mind for quite some time now, but there are just no trainers here where I live so it's been just a thought floating around in my mind for now. I have a long way to go to even be talking about competition, but I definitely have the determination. I am a 34 year old female. I look forward to hearing more about this opportunity.

If this is somthing you really truly want to pursue at this time then I say we get you started asap. From this point on what we would do is this:
1. Fill out the questionaire form I can send to you via email. Send me 2 recent pictures of you in a high quality format in good lighting, one frontside and one backside.
2. Find a gym for you to train at or see what gym you are training at.
3. Look at a time fram based on your starting point for a contest in the region you can compete in.
PM me your email address and I can send off the questionaire to get this ball rolling.
If your within 70 miles of Madison I can meet face-to-face 2-4x a month to talk about your progress and troubleshoot any issues you may have or be concerned about. We can meet at some half way point between our towns to make it easier on travel needs. This contact time is huge for me to follow along with your progressions.
If possible I would like to try and work some magic with BB.com and see if we cant get your journey posted as a special feature on womens bodybuilding. Inspire other women to make the leap! I would also like to see if I cant get some form of a small supplment sponsor set up for you to alleviate the costs of supplementation. This is all tentative but I figure we mine as well make this all well worth it if you and I are doing this for real.
