Runninmom, very nice again on the workout. Sticking to your plan as written is a wise decision. You still are 21 weeks out so you probably will not need to get very low on calories until what, the last 12 weeks?
When you say the 1200 plan, is that total calories?

the plan is called that but it is always more cals...like the 1500 one is more like 1700-1800depending on your choices of veggies and fats...

Hey Joan I have been popping in on your journal and continue to be amazed at the wt you lift...always inspiring ...loved the pic of Evan and you guys at the football game. missed being in here and glad I am back
have a great weekend your self....and thanks for your support!
today I did legs. and my 12 soon to be 13 yr old went with me...we had sooo much fun and it was great to get to do something with him... sometimes we have had problems finding stuff to do together and he goes to his dad's every 3 days since he was 18 months. He wants to go back to the gym tomorrow! he showed me how to work the virtual bikes and after we lifted we rode them...totally fun and a different experience than total seriousness for once, lol! I got to show him the ins and outs of leg day and he was a great sport. glad i am only doing 2 sets of everything this week with lower wts, it worked out great .
squats (machine)_140x15,180x12
sldl 95x15, 115x12
leg extensions 90-75 x15(dropset), 75-70x12(dropset)
lying curls 35x15, 45x12
abs lying leg raises, medicine ball twists
today was the carb day
cals2136 f78, c160, p198

No Brownie and a good workout - You are on track, very good!
My Dad use get upset at me because when I would look at a car, the first thing I would do is turn on the radio. I always figured ... "If the radio does not work, the rest of the car is probably shot also."

How's the diet today? It's hard to deny yourself when the cravings hit, but just remember to keep your eyes on the prize. You're a champion - you can do this!

and I feel so much better!
I told my mom that it had the important things, a cd player and a moon roof, 2 things i've never had in a car actually it is the same kind of car as I have had , just 9 yrs younger and it really handles great in the snow, which is why I love it.

you are like that little voice in my ear....what did you eat?? the past 2 days have not been right on, today has...I have a history of struggling with the eating and my frustration lies in the fact that I did it once and why is it such a struggle now...so I am also keeping in mind that this is about making a better "Shelly" (my real name) so I have a better mind set after my next show and don't go bingeing(sp?) again. thanks for checking in on me again...I will always appreciate it!
today at the gym was back
pullups assisted with 50 on gravitronx15,12,10,8
bent over bb rows underhanded 70x15, 75x12,80x10, 85x8

straight bar pressdown 70x15, 75x12, 80x6+75x4, 80x8
40min cardio hr at 130

Nice workout Shelly: Nutrition is my biggest weakness - mainly because I Really Really Love Food - especially Italian Food. Olive oil is my friend.
