I think the measure of a great bodybuilder is not necessarily how conditioned or big he is at his show...or even how he placed, but rather, how much he IMPROVED from his last show.
With that said, if we're measuring improvement, you should've placed first babe. You ROCKED it from 08 to 09.

Monday 11-02-09
Good afternoon People's. Im going to really enjoy today..YUP. Really enjoy! Today.. will be a day like no other. I have some things in the mind that shall be put to the TEST to REST!
I made a Promise to myself a few months back... That when I step onstage the next time... I WONT look like what I looked like at my 2 shows this year...Not that i looked bad..cause i actually didnt...Just a few tweaks here and there.as I set here ...I can HONESTLY tell everyone....I look COMPLETELY different. There are MAJOR differences right now that has come to light! as a matter of fact..when I come back from shopping and the gym..I am going to post a pic or 2..Cause this DOGG aint playing around. No Sir..No Maam!

Ok Ok Ok..it is after 2am and i not to long got into the house, I was going to wait till tomm..But i got about 4 messages on my ans machine about my Worlds plans. So i'll just post em now.
A couple months ago..I stated i was DONE for the year and i wouldnt resurface on the stage until Sep of 2010. I also stated that i hurt my back quite bad and was unable to do exercises effectively.. well..They were ALL TRUE.. I stated more than 1x i was done...........THEN This...a post from another forum claiming they HEAR i was ready for battle and that i was..DIALING IN..DAMN..How did they know? well, like i said.. I have been dialing in a looooong time ago and i think it is time to show the World what i have been up to.
What the guys were hearing was RIGHT I have been dialing in and this is EXACTLY what i have been dialing Last night
1-800 -Applebees
Lastnight
Sirloin and Shrimp Parmessan with Almond rice/ Broccolli
Chicken and Shrimp Penne Pasta
So there you have it. Ive been dialing 1-800 Applebees
and the night before i was DIALING IN 1-718- 338- PAPA.( Papa johns pizza..No pics though!
Like I said earlier...I KNOW I look completely different from June.
Here is me yesterday at my bloated off-season look

and YES... i will be at Worlds..ONCE AGAIN as a SPECTATOR not as a COMPETITOR
Yeah ..I have a History of showing up etc at shows..but i wasn't joking when i said I hurt my back and i was done for the year.. ..cause i am. I said it more than 1 occasion..So maybe everyone will believe me now..Im DONE FOR THE YEAR till 2010. Most I will be doing is trying to Cover the show and take a few pics.

Thats not even a question Big Rob!. I came from the gym at 8pm..was there since 4pm.. Kept getting interrupted by a handful of people..and it was SCIVATION'S FAULT. lol I made 4..yes 4 trips to home and back to the gym...DAMN X-TEND..

Well Capt..being that the back kept me from doing what i had planned as far as heavy lifting...I will have to hit everything all over from a fresh start as most lifts are very light. but for the most part..Just conditioning wise

Havent done this in quite some time
Today I attempted to do a lil shoulders as well as a few sets of Bi's and Tris..just to see how i was holding up... though a lil pain was felt..it wasnt major at all. I will still take it easy on exercises as i dont want to rush the recovery process.
Shoulders
Shoulder press 60# 3 sets 10
Front Raises 45# 20 Reps
Side laterals 40# 3 sets of 10
Dumbell Shrugs 80# 15 reps
Bent over laterals ???? OUCH!
Bar curls 80# 4 sets 8-10
Skullcrushers 50# 3 sets of 10
Machine Arm Curls 3 sets..?
Machine Arm ext.3 sets..?
Went to take a couple pics of work-out,, but camera battery went..only got 3
Out of shape Dogg
Major work to be done in the off-season..No definition
Actually I got a lil...Not too shabby..I hope

Uh....if you are "fat/offseason/out-of-shape"....then I want to be surrounded by a bunch of "fat/offseason/out-of-shape" guys to carry giant coolers of ice to keep my Xtend chilled, and then fan me with palm branches after my workout......
I'm sure it would be hideous 
I mean, I probably would have to keep my eyes covered because it would be so terrible to look at....

Off Day today.
Was a lil fatigued today after getting minimal sleep yesterday. But it is..What it is.
On another note INBF/WNBF Worlds is this coming Sat and cant wait to see the awesome talent of Amateurs/Pro's once again who will be on stage this year once more fighting for the top prize of INBF/WNBF World Champion...Of Course they are Favorites in each class, Esp the previous years Winners from their respective weight classes. I am also curious to see who will be this years "WILD CARD" in the show as well. As just like any sport..someone usually rises from below and shocks the world by being that underdog..Kinda like the NY Giants in the Superbowl against the Patsies!. So there are NO Guarantees in ANY class here on this World stage.

Maybe I'll strike a few poses to show just how shabby i am..it wont be pretty though. Honestly..not really worried about being bigger..I was actually bigger this year than last. as i competed for my 2 shows at an all- time high of 156 and 155 respectively....a good 7- 9 #'s more than what i usually compete at. NOOOO That weight aint for me.
