Good news. Yeah I take one full scoop slowly before and during my workouts (lemon/lime).
I take a 2nd serving later in the day, between meals.

Alright. Seems I have hit a stride with this stack. I will say that I was close to giving up on this stuff. Had a heck of a time figuring out how to work with it. It took a couple of weeks to get it figured out as far as working dosages and timing with my body. But now that I have, wow!

My workout this morning was nothing short of kickin'. Since I started 17 days ago, Deadlift 1 Rep Max is up 39 pounds. Way more than I expected.

I will have a first full review in my journal this Thursday when I hit the 3 week mark.

so do you take the NO-BETA in the morning then before the WO? Then you just sip on the CREADYL during the WO?

I take the NO with the first half of the CreaDyl about 15 minutes pre-workout. Then sip on the second half of the Creadyl during workout.

I have a question regards being eligible for the endorsement, it states that we need to use the product for all 10wks, and the creadyl is only a 40serving container, however the direction states that we should take 2 serving per day on training day and 1 serving on non-training day. which mean ill have to get 2 container to be qualified for the endorsement?

Personaly i take a morning dose and a pre workout dose, the extra beta alanine is only going to help

If you have no-beta you could get by with one scoop a day like me, i have been taking 6 no-beta preworkout then sipping on my creadyl throughout my training and on the way to the gym

Like i stated bro, if money is an issue then just take the one scoop of creadyl with your preworkout of no-beta, you will prob need to atleast get a second jug to finish out. These products last awhile

If I understand correctly you want to take 1 tub of CreaDyl and make it stretch 10 weeks. i don't see how you can be competitive. I don't think I'm understanding what is being said.

Yeah. Was I supposed to post somewhere else ... lol. I had started one when I came back to lifting but started one that is more detailed toward the challenge. I still keep both updated.
