Thumbs up Bioforge @6caps a day.

Whats up everybody,
I'm on day 12 of my 6 week run of Bioforge at 6 caps a day. I'm bulking on this too, using this as my stack.
Gaspari - SizeON
Gaspari - Myofusioin
Gaspari - Realmass
A multi Vitamin
Fishoil
USP Labs Jack3d
and of course Bioforge

I'm eating and eating and eaaating too.

As of today i've already broken 3 personal records since today is my 1st day of this week of lifting I really am feeling it.

Tomorrow will be shoulders and traps, lets see if I break an PRs then.

As for what im feeling..
I feel like my muscles are filled with lead. SOLID as can be.
I am already having some aggression issues, but i've got a lot going on.

I'll keep you posted on weight gain, muscle gain, fat loss, strength, and other improvments you get while using Bioforge.

This is my 2nd run, so im also comparing it to my 1st.

8 weeks... i did a 6 week run with 4 caps 8 weeks before i started this one.. I loved it so much I was estatic to run it again.. I got approval for 6 caps and went crazy! haha

ive only been lifting about 10 months.. but on shoulder press I went from 90bs 5 sets at 6 reps up to 140lbs same reps/sets..
Bench went up from a 1 rep at 165lbs up to 215lbs..

Honestly all my lifts went up.. I finally showed definition.. I had such a desire to lift that i'd spend tooo long in the gym. I had to tell myself to leave.

for breakfast 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 organic handwrapped breakfast burrito, 5 strips lean bacon, cup of yogurt, and a shake of realmass.

.... getting lunch soon then ready for shoulders and traps today. I'm going to break my PRs no matter what today I'm so focused.

Yeah I eat alll day, and on top of that lets see.. I cant have
Tuna, Seabass, Pears, Canola Oil, preservatives, Walnuts, oranges, and other ingrediants due to food allergies, So I have to eat very clean and very healthy.
So Earth Fare is where i go, but its so damn $$.

Though if I just snack throughout the day with, nuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, and eat large meals I do pretty good for a high cal intake.

Just had a great lift.
Hit 55lb dumbell shoulder press 4 sets 6 reps. Then 2 sets of 6 with 145lb barbell.
went up on those lifts.
Killed some other flys, and cables having more aggression and strength throughout my workout.
Hit 225 for 20 and 315 for 15 3 sets. on shrugs for traps.
killllllled some abs, and even got in a mile run.

Now im about to much on some pasta, stuffed chicken, salmon, boiled eggs, and a realmass shake.

Lovin this stuff. I can really see the difference in my body already, started to more chizzled..

ooh yeah. It affected me much sooner. I feel like im 3 or 4 weeks in, when im just on day 14.. The slimming effects also have already begun. That and when I lift with a friend, I just wanna push myself harder and harder.. I can most def. feel the difference as in day and night. 6 caps is going to make me a monster after this run!

Back day ohhh Back day..

At my gym there is a station with 3 different grips. Wide, angled and close. I do 6 reps with FULL pull ups.. all the way up and all the way down, none of those cheating ones. I normally only do 3 sets total on each grip... today I hit 6! DOUBLE.. Pull ups felt like I weighed 30lbs lighter.. I literally was laughing on the 1st few sets like OMG bioforge you're my best fran. lol

Seated Rows I normally do
160 for 8
180 for 8
190 for 8
200 for 8
Today I hit 200 for 8 and then 200 for 10! It just felt like I could feel each muscle in my back and use it as needed.

Went up in I believe all my lifts..
Still had energy to crank out some new exercises I normally dont do. I also hit abs hard enough to the point to where my core was constantly flexed.

I am looking bigger, feeling bigger, and stronger day by day.

PWO (post workout) I came home grabbed 2 big spoon fulls of fresh ground organic PB.. and a 50G protein shake (myofusion)

Now on for 2 fillets of salmon, and a bowl of rice.

Throughout the day I snacked on light carbs (slow and fast burning) and hardboiled eggs.

The gym seriously is starting to change for me.. the weight I grab, how i set my machines, my warm up weight .. everything is changing and going up. Feels good, and I know we all love that feeling.

Ran out of Realmass today, so I gotta pick some up.




as my 1st complaint. I notice that when I take bioforge on an empty stomach about 20-30 mins later I feel like I HAVE to eat or im going to get sick.. its an icky feeling.. Nothing that seriously bothers me, but if I was to take my bioforge and go on a long car ride I wouldnt enjoy it lol. So just make sure to eat and be ready to eat in that timeframe after your dose.

Tomorrow is legs.
Squats
C.raises.
Ham.pulls.
and a few other goodies..

Looking forward to really hitting a good leg day.

Friday im getting a physical and checking everything up on me. Test levels, enzymes, heart, all my workings makin sure I am in good health.

I'm off to take some pics right now. This is day 14 of my cycle.

P.S. How do I post them? Should I upload them to my bodyspace or what?

Yeh I know.... I really should of, but I didnt get in till that date. But my best friend is a doctor, so he's watching this along the way with me. I can already see a change in my bodyfat.
For people looking to cut and gain strength this should be a staple in their stack. I stand behind that statement 100%.

Squats went medium weight and a lot of reps trying to get ready to hit some heavy squats towards the end of this run. Felt good today lots of energy and power. First 5 -7 reps feel smooth and easy, and then I power through the last few till I struggle.

Hit a few other exercises, and even hit abs and run 2 laps even though my legs felt like they were someone else's.
