How do you like spin classes and whatnot? I was thinking of maybe adding one instead of HIIT when I get back to bulking but dont know about the recovery on those legs...

Meal 3 was good, but it was also a pain in my ass... Went to the grocery store in between clients to get everything.. What did this idiot forget???? Of all things, THE MEAT!!!!!!! After clients and workout, shot back over to grocery store to get the frgn meat. Got home and realized I left the first batch of ingreadients at the gym.. OMG!!! Went and got everything finally!!!!!! Made all this crap for about 30 mins and finally ate!!!!!
