And lol I been trying to get more sun on me but ffs, it's like it's sunny one day, then gets cloudy again, I mean it's still only November but I don't like my chances of getting any more colour between now and Sydney, ah well, guess I will just have to blind people with my milky complexion.

ive been running some l tyrosine and forskohili for energy and fat loss
I found out that Tyrosine is also the precursor to the pigment melanin.
People have also been also using forskohii for tan too

did anyone watch that aussie movie on SBS last night?
was pretty epic for what appeared to be a relatively small local production
finally seen bear grylls too, sh!t lived up to my expectations, id definately huddle next to him for bodywarmth (no homo) (yes survivalist)

If youre into all that survivalist stuff there is this show in Canada called man tracker. Basically two people get a head start on him in the forest and then he tracks them down. Its a bit lol, but there are some decent episodes of him tracking army/marines. You would probably like it mate.

guy must have massive balls hes just talking calmly to the camera man when they are only like 50m away haha

I did the same thing once, called and said I accidentally transferred it to the wrong person
They put in a refund request, I got it the next day. Your bank must be from Sudan I think..
