I could use guidance from trainers *REPS* ohio specifically
I've been slowly working on the ISSA cert for a while now but am unmotivated.
I'd probably be a trainer in the Columbus Ohio area. I'm mainly worried about Career placement/finding a decent paying job.
If you have any advice for me, please let me know. I would love to train(I did it at the YMCA for minimum wage but I'm looking for more cash if I'm going to live in Columbus)
What do I need to do to get a good paying job as a trainer? Call a bunch of gyms in the columbus are and ask what they require and pay? If you're in ohio and would like to contact me via phone, send me a message and we can go from there.

Word up man I live in Columbus and am not hiring currently but stop by the old school gym one of the only actual real gyms left in the city

I would work in a commercial gym to get my feet wet, I just want to know that I can make a living being a trainer!

Some gyms pay you more if you have more then one cert/ 4 year degree in health/kines.
I would call around the potential gyms you hope to work at and ask them what they require. They probably wont tell you anything about the pay until you interview.
To be a paid trainer you have to be able to talk/work with people, but more importantly you have to be able to sell sell sell
