Awesome job on the Deads, got 305 x 6 today myself. I had got up to 385 x 2
a few months ago and then started struggling to even get 315 up once. Had to drop weight and practically start over over, glad to see you fight through and tear it up!!!

thanks bro, yeah I love deads and think its one of my stronger lifts but its been kicking my ass lately. I think actually though dropping down and doing the lower weight for a few weeks might have helped alot more than always trying to max out every week. Also I am eating closer to workout time than ever before so I am feeling really energized in the gym.
Kind of enjoying not going so drastic on the nutrition right now, not gaining but not really losing much lately but its ok, been a long damn year.
keep up the fight!! you can do it

Finally got over 200 on the bench, hit 205, 3 times. By far the most Ive ever done.
Deadlift, I just added a month or so ago. Pulled 315 the other day. Do reps with 275. Added a different cardio element. Actual walking. Track around the new hospital here is hilly and 1 lap=1 mile. for some reason 50 minutes out there busted my ass a heck of a lot more than the treadmill even set on an incline.
Someone mentioned supps. Gaspari Size-on is the only one I didn't like. I used Novadex Xt as a post just to be safe, granted what I used was mild.
My stack is simple.
Jack3d
Protein
thats about it. Other than fish oil, vitamin, and calcium. But I don't consider that part of it as I used it even before working out.

And I miss yet another weigh in. I'm sorry guys. I know I'm so irregular in this thread. THis whole forum in general as I am just not on the computer near as much as I used to be. I guess I'll just have to jump back in on the next weigh ins. I am however, going to make it a goal to be more active in our group here. I love you guys (and gals!)

I've been hitting deadlifts a litte harder recently. When I went to pull 245, when I brought the 3rd rep up to completion and then increasingly for 4th 5th, I got this horrible pain in my left armpit. Felt like it was in my chest to the left of my pec. Is there a muscle there I could have pulled? Now im kinda freaked out thinking I'm having like an aortic anneurysm or heart problems or something
>.<
otherwise im doin well steadily progressing.

ugh i hate weekends seriously why cant there be no Saturday and Sunday!!!
I've been having a bit of trouble lately staying on the diet come the weekends. I bust my ass balls to the wall come monday-friday but man I cant help it lately and I cheat my ass off the entire damn weekend. Its been happening for the past 2 weekends. And I dont mean a light cheat, I mean OPERATION EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT. And I gain all this water weight and then it comes off by the latest Thursday. I can't keep doing this, I need at least one week of solid eating to get the snowball effect going again and thats it im back on, BUT FUKC I CANT GET THE FIRST WEEK OUT OF THE WAY. 2 years of strict dieting has taken a toll on me. a part of me thinks i deserve a small break, but i dont know if i deserve that yet. i need to get down to 215. thats the goal, thats my ultimate goal. but mother****er i cant stay away from that ben and jerrys!!!! lol any advice?

Dude you DESERVE IT!
I have been really slack on the diet more lately, I am losing at a slow pace or maintaining but not gaining. I am not going balls out eating but I have not counted much and have eaten certain dirty foods that I normally never would have. For example there have been days I ate 2 double cheeseburgers from burger king. Yesterday I ate 4 slices of pizza, a pb cup shake and a chicago dog from steak and shake. later that night I ate a left over helping of shepards pie my wife made saturday.
I am not worried at all about it though....I know my metabolism is faster and I am not storing fat. Today though I am right back on clean food.
I have been going at it a year now and I feel like the strict eating and deficit really takes a toll on you...just remember you know how to lose weight...a month here or there in the long run of this LIFEstyle won't kill you.

You very could have, I have a weird Pullled muscle underneath my left trap that has never gone away, I re-injured it going across moneky bars at the park, yes, a 400 pound man can do the monkey bars, I did. Do some ROM and see if you can get it to thurt, then figure out what muscles/tendons are in that area dn narrow it down, rest it, adn it it still hurts, see a doc.

This is exactly what I started doing. To actually succeed, you cant get into the mindset that this kind of eating is oaky cuz we did the hard work. I was down to 180 pounds at one time. Now look. Take a break if needed like I said, but dont let old habits come back. They tend to sneak back and you wont even know. Be careful brothers.

No, I'm still concerned with losing weight, I'm just busy all the time. Between school, working two part time jobs, gym, homework and training it really strains my computer time. I'm gonna be more active, I'll make time.

I completly understand limited computer time. Come by once in a while brother, you are one of the originals. Not too many left.

The only thing I can say to help is eat cool whip instead and add the ben and jerrys treats to it? choc chips or cherries or whatever. Cool whip will save on calories, carbs, etc. Tough situation. Be a creative thinker. Tweak what you love to eat, make a generic version.

man I am feeling sore today.....had a great back workout last night, poured it on hardcore. New pr of 545 for rack pulls. Something insane about pulling up and holding 545lbs even if it is a limited rom movement.
we are back on overtime too, i am soo tired.....have a great day everyone

Hit the 100's for reps on dumbell press today, i feel pretty good about it. Did a 45 second negative rep on my last set i thought i was going to make caca poopoo peepee pants but i held it slow and steady.
