Most over rated and under rated teams in the NFL
This is not a flame thread or anything. Just post your opionion and try and give a reason as to why you chose the team you did.
Under rated- Bengals. These guys just could be the real deal. If they beat pit in pit next week they are clearly a top team in the AFC, and a top 4 team in the NFL
Over rated- I'm gonna have to go with the Vikings. Their schedule has been cake all year. Almost lost to the niners at home, sqweaked by the ravens and their struggling defense, and lost to the first quality team they played in the Steelers. take a look at their schedule for the rest of the year....they have have no more real tests. I predict them to one and done in the playoffs
who are your under rated and over rated teams so far this year

Vikings overrated ? We are a COMPLETE football team. Best running back in the game, solid o-line/d-line.. best tackling corner in football, and actually have a QB. Good teams find ways to win. We beat ourselves against the steelers...

Up until maybe now the Cowboys have been severely underrated.
I also agree with the Bengals being underrated.

Vikings are not overated, we actually have the elements we need to win this season,
as stated we beat ourselves in the Steelers game, by switching to a passing game instead of running
If our secondary could get their **** together and actually cover people we would be perfect.
AP, Jared Allen, and the Williams Brothers are all beasts!
ps. I hate farve but we've needed a good quarterback for awhile now.

which single play would've gotten the Vikings 10 points, out of curiosity?

How are the Texans underrated?
Was it the interceptions, fumbles in the red zone, the shankapotomis?
The colts had a mash unit going and still won.

A single play could have changed the whole outcome of the game, whether in favor of the Vikings or the Steelers. Chaos theory son.

Cardinals?
Talk about a team of inconsistency. They beat teams they're not supposed to and lose to teams they're not supposed to.

overrated - colts
The ultimate big softies. Great regular season record year in, year out. Heart of a mouse in the playoffs.
Underrated - pats
You already know what time it is.

No. Even with interceptions, fumbles in the red zone, and a shankapotomis, they nearly beat the only undefeated team in the AFC ON THE ROAD. Texans injuries are as bad or worse than the Colts.

bengals are definitely under rated but gaining credibility. they would be 7-1 if it wasn't for a crazy lucky play by denver early in the season..

Because their defense is supposedly an entity to fear while in fact it doesn't stop much. Therefore overrated.

cowboys are the most improved team in my opinion, and i think very underrated. of the 2 games theyve lost, its been by a total of 9 points, and thats when they were playing their ****tiest game.

Vikings are not overrated unless you think that everyone believes they're the best team in the league. They have played some pretty easy games, but they have won them. The Ravens win was good and beating the Steelers (who are playing like a top-tier team right now) at home is extremely hard.
