Marc here's what I've tried, I usually take as a pre-workout 2 scoops of vasocharge+2 scoops of xtend, and during my workout I sip on 6 scoops of xtend, I always felt the best. today I tried 2 scoops of vasocharge with an extra caffeine pill and only sipped on 6 scoops of xtend rather than 8. I felt like **** man, after my workout, I felt jittery, I felt tired and weired and hungry, why do you think?

hahaha I did all day. All I know that there's no way I can workout without xtend, this thing is like a freacking magic man, especially when I started taking the extra 2 scoops with the vasocharge, it gets you going man

Woah! No wonder you felt like crap. 2 scoops Vaso is great!
I had gotten some caffeine pills a couple years back. For some reason when I take a pill it makes me feel kinda crappy. But when I ingest the same amount of caffeine via a different form, like Vaso or even a Red Eye or energy drink, no issues. Caffeine affects everyone a bit differently. I love Vaso because it includes other ingredients which increase the efficacy of the caffeine.

anybody know if there is any literature anywhere that shows working a third shift job has effect on fat loss and lean mass gains. I just got put on third and i was doing research and they say that at night your metabolism slows down. I am eating all night so what would that mean.

well the reason I'm trying to get more caffeine it's because I workout really early like 4:30 am, and I dont sleep until 11pm, so the vasocharge wasn't giving the boost, so I don't know if I should try getting used to the pill maybe with time it will work, because I read so much benefits about stacking ur most caffeine in the morning fr ur workout, it burns a lot of body fat

Well I do not have any literature BUT I have been working night shift for 1 year. Working nights has had absolutely NO effect on fat loss or lean mass gains. I'm not saying that it doesn't effect your health (maybe, maybe not) but I am saying that for physique purposes I haven't noticed anything. Just eat your meals as you would in the daytime. I wake up at 3pm and have meal 1 and then continue eating meals all they way up until 7am or so (I go to bed around 9am). THE WORST THING YOU COULD DO IS STRESS OUT ABOUT IT AND NOT EAT SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU HEARD YOUR METABOLISM SLOWS DOWN AT NIGHT. Personally, I think that is BS because the most successful cut I've had to this day has been while on the overnights. Just my .02.

NO! Your body adapts. 3rd shift becomes normal for you. The same reason I can train before the sun comes up.

More is not always better, big homeslice. Your adrenals are probably shot to hell. Rather than taking more, take time off or DECREASE it, then raise it back up.

Interesting. Someone told me that Xtend is primarily for recovery and doesn't do much in regards to energy in the gym. False? Because I'm looking for an energy supplement but don't want to take Vasocharge just yet because I'm currently holding off on creatine.

Read ze study!  I feel like it gives me a bit of pick up when working out as well. But it does not contain caffeine if that is what you're asking. Also here is a quote from the supplement page about xtend :P.
