AOR Orthocore review

I've ben usin' this great multivitamin for a few months now after readin' a post from Peter Ledrew ( thanks man....) and i'm very happy with it ! Some say it's fairly expensive ( 45 dollars ) but you must pay for superior quality....never got sick since i started usin' it and i feel great . I take on average 4 caps a day goin' up to 5-6 on heavy training cycles ( like at the moment ) and my wife who's usin' it too only take 1-2 caps a day and she feels great too ! One thing i noticed since i started takin' Orthocore is that my .....piss is cristal clear ( sorry couldn't find a better way of sayin' it

) which is a good sign of toxines flushin' away . So if your lookin' for the best multi out there go for it.... at 3 caps day it will last 60 days , at 4 caps a day you'll still have 45 days supply ...not bad if you ask me ! Orthocore is now a staple for me ( and my wifey ) along with SAN triple strength fish oil and Primordial Performance green tea caps !

Definitely an amazing product if you can afford it. Though I would wager many people would save money by buying it as they'd likely have less doctor visits, less missed days of work, more productivity from feeling better all the time, etc. But all those things are hard to quantify. Credit for something that didn't happen because of preventative maintenance is very often not properly assigned.

Well said ! I'd rather spend a bit more money on a quality sup like this than havin' to visit my doc more often.....!

Good review of a solid product. I have been using OrthoCore for the last few months(I only dose it at 4 caps a day).
