As reported in the previous news post, MW2 is already being sold in some stores and at the same time being pirated by Xbox 360 users. Apparently many players have started playing online matches with each other and Infinity Ward is not too thrilled about.

well, today was first official "heavy leg day" of the year. we are going light for a few weeks to get back into the "groove". did 3 sets of 10 on squats with 225+chains. legs are destroyed already. then hang cleans 3 sets of 10 with 135. insanely easy. then step ups 4 sets of 5 each leg with 135. not hard but hurt legs a good deal. then good mornings 3 sets of 10 with 135. made legs feel better. then quite possibly the best lat exercise i have ever done.... wide grip negative pullups. 2 sets of 8 with bodyweight. was supposed to be 3 sets of 8 but we were done after second set. and finished it all of with ab circuit

I am using this econowhey cheap stuff and it mixes incredibly easy. Taste isn't too bad either. Specially if there is a banana involved .

**** goin to the gym early. I thought I'd be able to go in, do a longer than normal workout and bail. This certainly was not the case. I was in there for an hour and 15 minutes, but it felt like an eternity. Apparantly high school coaches give the athletes a book with workouts in them, send them to the local gym with no guidance and hope that they will come back stronger somehow. Fuuuuuu. I wish the school district would hire me(after I get my cscs) to train these guys.

Its just a circle jerk. It doesn't explain anything. If you didn't know anything about powerlifting before the movie you would be more confused after. Its just a circle jerk. It had no flow and wasn't going anywhere. It was boring. I turned it off.

That is true to an extent but what did you expect? The documentary had Scott Mendleson in it.

that sucks dude. I used to lift at my high school gym because the set-up was pretty sweet, (4 racks with platforms, 6 benches, and dumbells up to 120) but there would be random days when the sports teams would be in there lifting. I would show up after school souped to do some deadlifts and i would see the door locked with the girls softball team doing 5 pound curls.
i could only imagine if they had a 250lb powerlifter training them lol

Quick question for you guys,
I've been deadlifting and realized today that I my grip is holding me back. I'm doing grip work twice a week, but I was wondering how much straps helped you. I'd like to compete raw in a few years at a relatively low weight class, but I'd like to know how much my back can handle without having to worry about grip. Thanks guys.

Sorry for my crappily phrased question, I meant to ask how much straps benefited you all individually.
