Got one for my bday 2 years ago, i love metals so much, but just fail at guitar. GH sadly doesnt cross over
If you have enough free time and can be arsed to practice then its worth getting one.

I've never really considered playing a guitar before, saying it's too late to learn and all that. Since I started playing GH it really got me interested. I know it's not easy to learn, but I think I'll give it a go. I'll get one before xmas.

You'll either learn to love Oasis or hate learning the guitar. You've got weeks of playing Wonderwall over and over to look forward to if you do start.

Ugh. I don't really like Oasis. I figured out, I'm gonna book a lesson before buying a guitar, see if I really like it, and then buy one instead of spending 300 quid straight away.
Did some benching tonight, worked up to 286x3 and then pyramided down to 154x20, kind of sheiko style.
Then squat, 264x8, nothing serious.
I self diagnosed myself with sleep paralysis today. I've had weird **** happen to me during the night for few months now and only today I decided to look it up. I'm 100% sure it's sleep paralysis, no question about that. Google it for more info. I'm gonna get some magnesium, hopefully that's gonna help.

Back's not great, but I suppose it could be worse.
Recently I've kinda been losing motivation to lift... well maybe not losing but my usual lack of emotion has been implanted into training. I'm not getting stronger, not getting bigger, can't get enough sleep, in other words, life is not going well.

Time to dig deep Igor.
I miss just a few months ago when I'd come in here and see massive gains every time you stepped in the gym. You say you feel ****ty now, but it will pass and you'll regain your old form in no time with a little dilligence.

Bench PR today, although not really happy with it. 330lbs. It was a bit slow, and considering I've done 319 about 2 months ago this is next to none progress.
Oh well.
Good session. Kicked myself up the arse, and it's gonna stay that way now.

Igor, nice one I would be happy with 5kg progress in 2 months that's good imo. When your back is fully healed there's no doubt you'll start hitting squat/deadlift PRs, keep it up

150kg-shiit...
5kg in 2 months isnt bad considering training has'nt been going great for you and it's alot harder to increase at 3+ plates

February, not sure of the exact date.
In other news, IPF world (or european, can't remember) championships were taking place in India (I think). There was a whole team of people from the UK going, even I know some of them. One of them Joe Bullock, flew from Manchester airport to heathrow, and from there to India. Appareantly someone at IPF screwed up their visas, and they couldn't go anywhere! The only people that went were from 110kg class and higher. I'd be pissed off as hell if that happened to me.

It was actually their team manager who screwed up. Or so I have read.

330lbs pr is not bad not bad at all. good job man, even though you're not that happy about it. remember still 10lbs in two months on bench.. being such high of weight at your size is still decent progress. 405 before too long! anyway looking good man keep it up. find something to motivate you. youll get it back.

I don't like 531 because of lack of volume and frequency... Although quite a lot of people got good results from it. I think you should go for a higher volume routine, but that's personal preference.
