Ok, supposed to bowl in a tournament tomorrow, but this will be last minute decision. If not, just cardio...Sunday will be weak point day.

Nothing to report today boys...went in yesterday and hit up weak point day as Mark and I hit up arms and calves...daz it!!!!!!!!!!!! So, took today off to rest up..yea right not much sleep..think i gained like 1hr of extra sleep..WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! So hope tomorrow is a better day...hitting up the last week of #12 week program..whew..can't wait for that week off of rest and grow

Ok team, not much to report this week...im on my final week of #12 weeks Tri-Phase so Mark and I decided to go very light this week on whole body phase...pretty beat up big time. Next week looking forward to rest week..deload and cardio. WOW, im shot. So we might be hitting up Derek Cherbolis of Team Scivation ATS Program..now that's not a pretty program.
