Was still feeling horrid from the train ride yesterday, so I took a pill for the nausea and went to sleep at 8. Woke up at 6:45 this morning with a massive headache, but it's subsiding now.

Forgot to mention the 2 cream-cheese-filled carrot muffins (home-made) I had after lunch yesterday. They were amazing

Lunch
Went out for Korean:
Osam deop-bap (pan-fried spicy pork and squid served with vegetables and rice)
Coke (couldn't resist)
Small serving of hazelnut gelato for dessert
Bad very bad!!!! get back on track boy.

Steel-cut oats n' protein powder (no yogurt and smaller portion than usual - was plenty filling!)
