Animal Cuts...Whats next? Help..
First time poster... Looking for some insight on my next stage...
I recently finished a can of Animal Cuts Ripped and Peeled by recomendation, I did see small results, but not sure if was just from my cutting back heavily on drinking..or the actual stack.. I was happy enough to consider it again but I want more results in appearance and lifting strength..
Im active army and do PT every morning, along with going to the gym regularly..Im 26 6'2" 197...thin damn near everywhere expect my stomach, ive been a career drinker..As I said before I have considerably cut back on drinking..to one night a week if that, and not heavily..
Im looking to continue losing stomach fat, while bulking in the arms/shoulders/chest...
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks Guys

Well you really answered your own question. Drinking adds up, and surely adds some stomach flab.

Obviously, as you stated (as mentioned above) drinking definitely adds up the flab and also hinders your gains drastically.
The next step is definitely getting diet in check (that is if it isn't already).
Then if you're looking to pick up a supplement or two to assist you with your journey, LG Sciences makes a great protein called Lipotropic Protein that has a great plend of multiple kinds of proteins as well as has some ingredients that increases fat burning. Also, they make a product called Lipoburn which is a topical fat burning supplement. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!

breakfast is my most consistent meal...3 hard boiled eggs, usually cantalope or honey dew melon, and a banana..small glass of oj or milk...usually only drink water, no soda for me..
lunch varies from a turnkey sandwich on wheat..salad..nothing overboard
dinner typically chicken, and slip with rice and potatoes along with corn...
im in the military so i eat at the same time pretty much every meal..along with the same foods..
i may give the wrong impression about the drinking..i know it is the direct reason to my stomach "flab" but i over exaggerate a little...im still loose in a 32 waist its nothing over bearing..im just sick of having it
