it's slightly smaller than a tennis ball...so yeah... a bit smaller than a baseball...
both
and yeah i use a golf ball and manually roll it around on my quads arms and shoulders sometimes...

Cool I'll have to get a baseball. Baseballs I can get anywhere. Lacrosse and I'll end up with some fancy tennis shoes or some shhh.

i've got my shaker with some ice Xtend on the edge of my desk...my hand is under it...and i can feel all the cold air descending onto my hand from the shaker...neat

they say your should stay within 15 pounds of stage weight in the offseason...does it still count if you lose 10+ pounds of LBM to do it...
