I have finally managed to drop bf to 13%. Hopefully by end of november I will be at 10%.
I am going to be update this thread till I am at 10% or lower. Critique away and feel free to post opinions on cardio\diet etc.

I wouldn't say alot of fat to lose, unless of course it's below what is seen in the picture. veins don't come out like that if you have alot of fat to lose.

Honestly you look around 10% to me and dropping 5% would put you at competition ready. that'd be insane. i'm at 7-8% right now and i'm cutting the next 3 weeks (50 carbs a day during pre-season track workouts are tough). you have alot more mass than i do (different goals) so you'd look beyond ripped.

Thats not to say that there isn't room to improve....everyone has room to improve. But regardless of what you think...you are ripped. Granted, you aren't shredded into 10000000000x peices (like 5% bf, carb depleted/dehydrated for pro comp.), but you're definitely ripped no doubt about it! Looking good brah!
edit: I'd say you're hovering around 10% bf now....I don't necessarily know...but it looks that you're around 10%, maybe 11...but I doubt as high as 11.

Right now is strict. 50f/175c/220p I count everything on fitday try to keep everything in check. Same with bulking. I used to just eat about that leads to fat gain.

nice work, but I'm pretty sure you're lower than 13% (or at least it looks that way from the front pose). You could be hiding fat other places, but we can't see it. Where did you get your BF% measurements from?
