A quick analysis gave me:
3,094 cals
138.9 g fats
256.9 g carbs
213.4 g protein
This was calculated using FitDay

So, are you trying to bulk or cut.
I wasn't sure what you wanted from the first post you sounded iffy.

The more I talk to people, they recommend a clean bulk. Then once I "get back into things", I can cut. I'm 5' 8", 185 lbs, out of shape, probably 15-20% BF.
What do you think?

Gee, thanks for making me see you in under wear.
You shouldn't have me or anyone else tell you what to do bulk/cut wise.
Personally, I'm going for the bigger is better look. I'm going to bulk until Jan 11th and then go on a 12 week cut. Depending on how I like the turn out I might just go right back into a bulk for 12 weeks.
The thing is you have to pick, and YOU have to know what you want to do. It's your body and more importantly your mind. What I think is good for me or for that matter you might not be what you actually enjoy in your head.

Figure out what YOU want and what you think looks good.

Ultimately, I would want to put on some mass and then lean out and have a six pack/defined look to me year round. I'm not looking to compete but just look and feel good.
I will try this "new" diet and adjust it after a couple of weeks.
(Removing pic haha)
