Agreed. I've not really followed his vids, but now definitely am. Definitely the better workout vids of any pro. Pure intensity.

I really like the BFTO series, I'm sure they only started in about 95/96 but I may be wrong. The best ones IMO are from the late 90s and early 00s, I've got the 02 one on DVD. Awesome bit on Levrone on there. Anyway, Dorian always comes in conditioned, like he said he could have competed about a week-two weeks out from the show, and wouldn't have to take stupid last minute attempts to lose water. But damn that face, hugely sunk in, that's insane.

Also have some of Glass training Dillett. Interesting to watch after Dorian said Glass didnt really train him well at all. Think it was Glass anyway.

Glass trained Dorian at one point?

I remember Dorian saying that he never had anyone train him or do his diet because he felt he knew his body better than anyone.

the two have completely opposite views on what constitutes productive training.

I didnt say Glass trained Dorian i said Glass trained Dillett,. I THINK in an interview on BB.com Dorian comments on it saying he's sh*t basically.

Oh, I see what you're saying. I read that completely wrong.

Glass & Yates have training styles on different sides of the spectrum. Both have clients that got results though, so discrediting Glass like that is pretty dumb on Dorian's part. Glass is one of the top trainers in the business.

Well im not absolutely sure but i think it was Glass he was talking about. He mentions a guru training Paul Dillett. Now Dilletts downfall was his back and Dorian said something about his training guru watching as he pulled with his arms on his back movements. Something like that anyway.

Everyone that Glass trained were already on elite status without Glass's help. Glass really did not make any drastic changes to anyone he trained. If you consider counting reps and talking on your cell phone and call that training someone, then Glass does that best.
