Need to Prep for Deads Today...

For the last 2 months I've been doing 3 full body workouts a week. Today is when i start my new 4-day split routine and guess what's first on the list, yep deadlifts. I watched a lot of videos on youtube on how to do them, but hopefully I'm understanding them and i don't **** myself up, any tips? I don't wanna be paralyzed my whole life
