RP denotes a rest-pause, number after the -RP- is reps after pausing for rest (10 sec)
Bench Press (Waveloading): 6-6-8; 6-7-8; 6-8-8; 6-RP-3
Alternating DB Curl: 8; 7; 6; 6
Incline Press: 6*6; 7*6; 7*4; 6

Neutral Grip Chest Press: 8; 7; 7; 6
Barbell Reverse Curl: 7; 7; 6
WORKOUT NOTES
I'm very happy with today's session, intensity was through the roof and had some great strength. I felt like a beast in the gym today and I was pouring sweat when I left. I was in the zone the entire time and made it quick and intense.
PRODUCT NOTES
It seems like the
TestoFX Hardcore may be fueling some higher-intensity workouts. Strength has been solid and I don't really feel all that tired between sets which is awesome. I'm going to try to hit a scale tomorrow to see how the weight is, leanness is the same.

Yeah I love the wave loading. I was just thinking today...everyone always talks about how leg day is the most intense day of their week. Why not make every day super intense?

All That Remains is some pretty good stuff. I do have some rap on my iPod, but mostly random songs, no full albums or anything. We used to listen to rap a lot in the locker room before hockey so some of it has grown on me.

Haha 15 Jumbo Dogs? Can't you finish digesting that ice cream first?
There's also a 72 oz. steak and a 2.5lb burger in the area if you're interested. That'll make three square meals.

24? I may leave that to the pros (you).
The one place we'd have to hit up would be this:
Kanki . So much Hibachi goodness.

I try to get there as often as I can, I don't have a car but when you tell people you're going to Kanki, you'd be amazed how quickly you can find a driver.

MONDAY NOVEMBER 9 - BACK AND SHOULDERS
MUSICAL SELECTION
DANCE GAVIN DANCE - ALEX ENGLISH
WORKOUT
* denotes a dropset, number after the * is reps with lower weight
RP denotes a rest-pause, number after the -RP- is reps after pausing for rest (10 sec)
Shoulder Press (Myoreps): 6-4-4; 6-5-5; 6*8; 6
Cable Row: 8-RP-4; 7-RP-3; 7-RP-4; 8
DB Front Raise: 9x40(PR); 9; 8*6; 8*7
Deadlift: 8; 6; 1x325(
); 6; 6
Hang Clean: 8; 6; 6; 7
Lateral Raise: 8; 7*6; 6
WORKOUT NOTES
Another very intense session, just went in and punished the weights. I got a little too enthusiastic on the deadlifts and went a bit out of my range, I was going to drop down to 320 but I decided not to push it. Strength was great, the dropsets and myoreps really make you feel every pound that you're pulling.
PRODUCT NOTES
Again, the
TestoFX Hardcore seems to be getting me pretty amped and recovery is great. I've also had a huge appetite and I noticed my muscles were pumped again during class.

do u feel likek the hang cleans suffer a lot having them so late in the lineup? or was it a result of u not being able to get a rack to set them up?

Yeah I wanted to do them earlier but there was major rack traffic.

Nothing compared to yours! I'm trying to keep them to once per week, I'll probably drop them from leg day as that's chaotic enough.

Thanks bro. I was disappointed I only got one, I was hesitant to even post it as it's kind of a failure. I didn't rest enough between sets but oh well.
For those anxiously following along, yesterday was a recover/grow/eat day. I was planning on doing legs later but the peroneals on my left foot are a bit sore so we'll see what happens.

Preacher Curl: 8*5; 8; 8; 8
Neutral Grip Chest Press: 8; 3x4 x "19"(PR); 9
Hammer Curl: 8; 5; 5; 6
WORKOUT NOTES
My ankle was still bothering me so I didn't want to push it too hard and thus ended up getting a highly brotastic workout in. Another very intense session, I decided to go normal grip instead of neutral on the incline and busted out a big PR, and then went to neutral for the chest press and PRed there too. I felt great, solid strength with minimal rest times. It was also quite a challenging session as my iPod screen is totally busted so I had to work out without a soundtrack.
