hot or cold protein
Hi guys
Was wondering should i be eating my protein (fish, chicken, meat, etc) cold or should i microwave it to make it hot?
what is better- both taste good but im talking more from a nutritional point of view

You should mix it, microwave 1/3 for 1 minute, 1/3 for 5 minutes and leave 1/3 cold for the most protein absorption temperature and the mix in temperature will trick your metabolism into heating up the cold food and cooling down the hot food in your stomach burning more calories.
Point: Doesn't matter man.
