Rest Days
How many rest days do you take per week? Complete rest or cardio? I go 4 on 1 off with cardio on the day off.

Four on (Sat, Sun, Tues, and Thurs), three off. No cardio for the time being.

5 days on, 2 days off (completely). Each day is about 1 hr weights, w/ 40minutes cardio.
I split my cardio with a light 10minutes of Elliptical before the workout and 30minutes of Elliptical after the weights.

I'm doing 3 days rest right now, might go to 4 soon as I'm crispy around the edges. Been working around the house 1 solid day per week on fall and indoor projects.

^^^ ditto.
Monday through Friday are scheduled days. Saturday I work on anything I think is lagging. Sunday I rest.
Although I take a whole week off every 8 weeks.
