Look at my meal plan please.

age: 19 (20 in january)
ht: 5',10"
Weight: 158 (goal is 160-170) muscle not fat

I am following this workout: with some weight training http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/brent2.htm


LET ME KNOW WHAT YALL THINK (had a member here make it for me)


Current Plan
3000 calories (weigh yourself once a week and increase calories by 250 if not gaining enough)
250g protein, 275g carbohydrates, 100g fat (if calories increase, mostly increase carbs/fats)

DAY1
Meal 1 (Day1)- Oatmeal (150 calorie serving), 1 scoop whey, 1 TBSP PB
Meal2- 2 slices bread, 1 banana, 2 TBSP PB
Meal3- 1 package Ramen, 4 oz lean beef, 2 servings vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, salad, etc.)
Meal4(PreWO) 2 slices bread, 1/2 banana, 2tbsp PB, (PostWO) ? banana, 1scoop Whey
Meal 5- 4 oz baked/sweet potato, 2 servings veggies, 1TBSP Flax oil, 8 oz chicken breast
Meal 6- Oatmeal, 1c low fat cottage cheese, 1 TBSP PB

DAY2
Meal1- 2 eggs, 1/2c low fat cheese, oatmeal
Meal2- chicken stir fry (4 oz chicken, 2 servings veggies, 1 TBSP Flax oil)
Meal3- 4 oz chicken, 2 servings veggies, 1 package ramen
Meal4 (PreWO)- 2 slices bread, 2tbsp PB, ? banana, PostWO- 1 scoop whey, ? banana
Meal5- 4oz chicken, 1 package ramen
Meal6- Sludge Sandwich (1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp PB on 2 slices bread

Exchanges
Carbs- ? cooked rice/pasta, 1 slice bread, oatmeal (100-120 calorie serving), 4 oz potato,
? peas or corn
Fats- 2tbsp Peanut Butter, ? nuts, 2tbsp Dressing + 1oz protein, 1 tbsp oil + 1 oz protein
Protein- 4oz lean meat, 1 can tuna, 1scoop whey, 1c cottage cheese, 4oz beef or 4 eggs (minus a fat)
Ramen=2 servings carbs and 1 fat

how bag would it be if i took my whey in 5 ounces whole milk?

your meal plan is fine. if your not gaining at the rate you want, mix the whey with the milk for the extra calories but your hitting all your macros right now

I have never seen anyone actually devise a meal plan that includes ramen. Usually it is stuck in tehre for cost reasons, because there are better options. Anyway, if you like it and cost is a huge issue, it's okay, but I wouldn't be using it anywhere as often as you are. Not that sodium is evil, but just take a look at how much sodium that stuff is giving you if you eat it 2X per day as you listed in day 2.

Cost is a big concern. also i dont use the flavor packet if that helps
