Sorry for crappy cam quality guys.. Some background info - turned 19 few weeks ago, been training for aproximately 8 months now. I have always had a athletic physique so you could say i had a good base to start off with..
Im pretty happy with the way im progressing right now (aside from my v. crappy chest which just doesnt seem to grow due to poor genetics

).. Any suggestions or advice would be very helpful on overall improvement..
