ur 15.... keep training and lifting heavy and you'll grow. Took me 3 years to get a chest that im still not happy with. But I will continue to work on it until im satisfied. Be thankful that your not perfect or you wouldnt be having fun trying to achieve perfection in the mean time.

Yes, I went through the same thing just stick with it bro. It took me 3 years to start seeing results other ppl saw it for me but for what I wanted it was very little. I am now 18 and since i turned its been 3 years and a half since i started and wen i became an Adult i saw results faster than I did in years. Its all about your test levels ur body's busy growing that it wont ur focus on your muscle become hard n dence. Now i am seeing very good results and I have a good frame and results that took me years to get i see in months with a really good diet. Stick with it and when your an adult in a few years your gonna see you'll fill out...fast!
LOL look at all my pics there old and my results n physics were shiet. I look way better now I filled out nicely and Im gaining happily. I was very unhappy with my physique for how hard and effort I put in but bro its all worth it in the long run!

First of all, at 15 I was a slob. You have a great start and you seem to be motivated to stick with it. Secondly, when I first started it took me a year to understand my body. I was doing all the wrong exercises and it showed. Third, I learned to increase the intensity. Don't be afraid to go all out. I find it very hard to "overtrain" as long as you have a decent diet. Now would be a good time for you to reevaluate some of things in your routine and diet if you are unhappy with your results. Best of luck!

VERY TRUE no such thing as Overtraining as long as you eat properly and let your body rest. Words at its truest man, it took me 2 years or more to learn my bodies diet and how to workout for my body to react.

Wow that means you started working out when you were 14?! Props for that. When I was 15 I was worried about getting my drivers license and chicks, nothing else lol.
Good news is, you have nature on your side. You're still going to grow A LOT regardless of how you workout. I'd say in another 2 years you will be able to look back and see a completely different person. You're already 2 steps ahead of a lot of people, so keep at it.
EAT and eat well, and then train until your body screams at you. Results will follow.

I have a 2 things to say to you bro.
First , you look wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than you did before...so theres nothing to be unhappy with. Second, you have years and years ahead of you, and its only going to go uphill from here.
If you think that you havent progressed between the 2 pics...you're a freaking lunatic.
I wish i lifted at your age...i wish i did so badly....your muscles over the next couple years are going to grow naturally (meaning that they would grow even if you were to do absolutely nothing, just due to the natural aging process), so most likely you will see a huge spike in gains within the next few years. Bodybuilding is a lifelong journey, and if you plan on quitting in 1 or 2...or 5 years....just dont start...cause you will lose it all once you quit.

You're not even done growing all the way yet and probably still have some puberty to go through which will give you a huge advantage if you keep at it, by the time you're 18 you'll be super ripped
