Hmm, I've been debating this all day. I may just skip that game and take Nevada tonite.

Thanks brah, I alwasy knew that you were for real. You have so much knowledge about life and everything else. You should put together a selfhelp book. I'm sure it will make the NY time best selling with the right marketing. There's so many crap book that people are reading from the best selling list.

Thanks for all the support guise and gals. I don't think I can do so well on the physical without this asian thread. Oh yea, I ran 1.5 miles in 13.22, max time is 13.35. And my 300 meter sprint is 50.29, the max time is 56. So I crushed the max time real bad.
So if I'm 300 meter away from you and you need backup i can get to you in less then 51 second. It might not be fast in track term, but I'm sure a lot of cops wouldn't mind that number.

Not really. I'm not sure what your definition of unhealthy is. White rice may be high carbs, but it's definitely not unhealthy, probably one of the most basic nutritional staples of the world. Billions of people can't be wrong. Plus the fried/oily cooked foods in Asia are still waaayyy healthier than most foods of other cultures. When doctors and scientists research and write about how the Asian diet is much more healthier than the world's, it's done by researching and testing everyday Asian foods, that are recipes handed down for generations. Not by so called "Asian health foods" specialty restaurants.
Now I don't know you at all, but just from what your posting, I'm willing to guess your parents probably have more of a problem with the little quantity of what you eat. I'm guessing since you probably think what they cook is "unhealthy", you just eat it to satisfy them somewhat, but probably eat very small servings.
To be honest, the so called "healthy" diets that westerners came up with are to be incorporated along with exercise, because exercise often isn't enough. Most Asians have low bodyfat because of a naturally healthy diet indigenous to their geographic and cultural upbringing, so they don't need to have "designer" diet plans. Western "Lowfat" diets often replicate that of eastern diets.

That sucks dude. My neighbor has one ruptured disc and 2 degenerating discs. They gotta dew a few epidural procedures. If that fails he needs some serious surgery.
If I were you I'd just stay away from lifting for a while. All kinds of lifting, since most exercises involve back somehow, whether it be for stability, or leverage. Maybe just do some hanging stretches where your feet still make contact with the floor, so you can control your body weight.
Not an expert though. *Note. I am not a doctor, I just play one on TV. Well actually I don't even play one on TV.

My mom is like that. If I'm fat she'll cook healthy, and when I'm leaning out, she'll get bad food, because she thinks I'm going through an eating disorder. SRS

Great job Sharky, I knew you can do it. All that is left is oral and that should be a breeze too. With you being multi-lingual, they would definitely want you on their squad. Detective sharky.

Workouts are going well! Will be squatting 3 plates for 3 sets of 5 today, Wed, and Fri! Yeah buddy! Its gonna be heavy
Yeah man...we had a storm pass through over the weekend. Hail, high winds and thunder. How about in Seattle?
Afternoon Big Brudda! International chest day for me too today since I am reverting back to my old workouts (minus squats). Squat, chest, and shoulders or something for me today How was your weekend bro?
|
Same here, but Sunday was okay. Light rain for my test. I'm right on with my diet, so my weekend was great.

Why are you reverting back to your old workouts? Are you back on the bulking phase?

Actually I was unaware of the tornado until now lol
It hit Lincoln City which is pretty close to where I was (Newport) over the weekend.

Whats up Hosum! Going back to my old training routine because I've hit a wall on standing shoulder press, cleans, and bench. I figure changing it up for a little while might help.

Crazy tornado, glad you wasn't near it.
I see, I'm mixing my workout up too. I'm going to do more cardio.
