Can anyone let me know if this is too much calories or if theres anything i could alter to make it more benificial. I want to be about 185lbs then try to get to 200lbs. Im aware it will take a long time for me. Least ill have something to keep me going for a couple of years. Maybe more.

well first off that is WAYYY to many calories for someone your size...I know you want to gain weight but eating that many calories at your body weight will just give you a whole lot of excess fat which i dont think anyone wants. At lunch why are you drinking a gainer shake and brown rice/steak that just seems to me like way to many calories for one sitting.

yeah 5k cals is way to much calories, your just gonna put on a ton of fat with minimal muscle. take those weight gainer shakes out of your breakfast and dinner meals there really not needed. start off with 3500-4000 calories first. if you gaining .5-1 pound per week your fine if more then cut out calories
