good job dave man was a funny thread where i think benchncurls was talking about how he showed some kid up on the smith machine at school. what wasnt funny however, is the people who abused that term the next 3 or so years

andro taylor was classic with the "i may look great, but at what cost?"

this clown kyokushin making a thread about a new ab exercise he invented called the standing ab crunch. he even had a how-to video about it. it became a sticky for months

Bladen of course but he wasnt a miscer. when he came back a diebig though recently, he misced a little and was exposed by a group of about 5-6 of us
