cutting during wrestling
i've been doing wrestling for about a month now and season just started 2 weeks ago and im really into the sport but im heavy weight, i weighed in at 243.9 pounds and im trying to cut but i dont want to lose any muscle becuz i've been lifting to put on mass for almost 2 years now and it would all be a waist if i did and im really confused on what to do to put on more lean muscle while losing fat, while doing wrestling 5 days a week.
my question is what kind of diet should i be on while doing wrestling to gain muscle while losing fat.
i was thinking about high protien low carbs on weekends when im not wrestling
and medium carbs medium protien during the week when i have wrestling

This guy's a f*cktard, don't do that.
And it's nearly impossible to gain both muscle and lose fat at the same time. Stick to one.

i dont understand why you are cutting, i dont think you could go 215 this late in the season, and i wouldnt cut weight for no reason, it sucks. just eat protein and work hard and you will be at the weight the wrestling gods want you to be.

Getting down to 215 sounds incredibly hard to do by the end of the season. If I were you, I would stick with the heavyweights and after the season, start to cut.

Just eat fairly healthy since u dont have to worry about cutting weight. Keep the protein up. If u have wrestled before then u already know u will lose weight during the season. It really depends on what u put in as far as effort.
