lookin huge man. bf aint ridiculous ether, good job.
Layne nortons article about prep is good, thats what i used for my contest. He has changed his theory's on sodium loading and dropping water though. Unless you are hiring a prep coach i think sodium and water are to complicated to be messing with, no point in risking lookin bad because of a stupid mistake. My advice in short for peak week would be, keep sodium consistent throughout your whole prep, drink heaps of water peak week, drink it up on showday aswell, lower carbs through week and start loading 2 - 3 days before. Just take it easy on the carbs and monitor body all the time, if u start to spill over, no more carbs.

Yeah in that 315 x 3 squat even looked heavy lol, you could have gotten it for a double with more depth and better form definitely, seemed like you didn't wanna go all the way down. But i'd count those as squats in my book so 315x5 is on it's way pretty soon.

Yeah I just felt uncomfortable today. It was weird.
But haha thanks. My calves do look good when I squat.

Haha mickles you're always supportive....
I was kinda resisting going lower this time, was mental thing, and because of that it was hard to use the stretch reflex...
But nah. Box squats here I come. Dynamic box squats. With bands.
Teench can you check the local big five to see if they have resistance hands?

You ever try squatting in wedge-soled shoes? I used to use flat-soled shoes and plates too...
Wedge soled shoes? not sure what they are but I think that's what I was using?
When I used to squat low bar, I used flat soled shoes or usually barefoot.
But now im using high bar and black nikes.

They have a solid rubber sole, flat footed up front and wedge in the back. Just something to try, I got mine for $40.
Well first, thanks for understanding. I've said it several times and people still don't understand why I use the plates
And I will definitely try some out once I get some cash. I've always wanted to try out some of those shoes. Thanks alot nom Z. Always helpful.

Lulz, not that hard to figure out. You can also work on your ankle flexibility, but I hate stretching, so I went this route, lol.
Plus these shoes are fire proof, so I can squat over live flames n ****.
Lolwut? You serious?
What brand did you have anyways?
And where did you get them? You remember ?

The link I posted brah...those are the shoes I squat in nao. They're actually driving shoes, but a solid rubber wedge-sole is great for my squatting, no padding or soft plastic to absorb your power.
squats weren't all that bad bro, maybe and inch 1/2 above parallel. i'd still count them because they weren't as bad as they coulda been lol. and agreed on the calves...you could do challenging leg extensions just raising those things

if so, it doesnt matter what depth you are hitting unless you want to build up your ass

Yeah man. I'm a pretty big NFL fan all around. Only two teams I don't like(packers, raiders).
But my top favorites are probably the Viking for the NFC and dolphins for the AFC.

I have an identity crisis.
Well not really buy you know I gotta meet the minimum requirement for legit lifts. Ill end up just doing parallel squats in the end.

all of your other vids have looked spot on bro, that 315X3 was just a fluke and IMO, it was 1000X better than most guys who go to the gym and load up 3 plates and go 4 inches down and call themselves legit lol, keep it up man
