ITT We Discuss Healthy Snacks
I just downed a bunch of carrots/broccoli/cauliflower with ranch dressing. MAN, I LOVE that combo!! But does anyone know of a good substitute for Ranch Dressing which is fat free, yet still tastes good?

Hidden Valley makes a FF ranch that's pretty good!
Kraft is a distant 2nd, and Wal-Marts 'house brand' makes a 'light' that ranks third...
(usually the choice due to cost...)
IMO...

That's exactly what I do, except I use non-fat greek yogurt for the thicker texture. I use it all the time in place of sour cream.

I used to do this with greek yogurt and a packet by Simply Organic (the only brand I could find that didn't have a bunch of crap ingredients.)
Then I found this Follow Your Heart Low Fat Ranch Dressing which tastes even BETTER IMO!. For 2 T it's 25 cals, 1P/0C/1.5F. Plus good ingredients. I find it at WF and it's not expensive.
Filtered Water, Vegenaise (Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Filtered Walter, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Rice Syrup, Soy Protein, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Mustard), White Wine Vinegar, Buttermilk Solids, Whey, Romano Cheese (Part Skim Cows Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Onion, Black Pepper, Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Natural Flavors, Herbs, Spices

I know how you feel Steve, stopped doing the CKD a couple weeks ago and it really feels good to bite into an apple.
Funny how it works at first you get to eat all the things you normally wouldn't which is great!!! but after a while you miss the boring tastless stuff
