1 scoop cookies and cream casein, 2 cups spinach, 1/3 cup slivered almonds, 1 cup 2% milk, maybe some added quick oats since I missed half a meal.

ff plain yogurt mixed with UP 2.0 (or ON casein) plus brown puffs, almonds on the side. Can't get sick of it.

i actually mistakenly put whey, i do use casein. do you think thats alot of calories before bed, for someone who is trying to stay cut and lean but is very active through the day as well as the next morning?

1.5 scoops of banana and cream casein in 10 oz. of 1% milk. Very easy, 350 cals. 44 g protein, not sure of carb count but it is small, and little to no fat. Thinking of adding a spoon of natty PB to the mix.
