Simon is a retard. Last night says Lucie is now relevant as a music artist, and it was her best performance and he can see her as a pop star. Hates Jedward every time. Says he will judge solely on the performance. Louis even said Lucie was amazing yet Cowell takes it to public because he 'wants to public to decide.' So he's contradicting himself not doing his job as a judge? Two weeks in a row he has knocked out the best act of the two. Rachel far better than Lloyd last time too. Lucie was not even in my top 4 favourite acts but still pissed at what happened! All I can think of is that this is tactics from Cowell because he wanted Danii to only have one act left too

Enough about X-factor, it's crap anyway. Who cares about those twins, they seem to be agetting a hard wrap from everyone, but if you care so much why don't you vote? Or not watch it? They are good entertainment from what I have seen of them, yes it's annoying. But isn't that what pop music is supposed to be? They are like a new age Ant and Dec wouldn't be suprised if they relased a Lets Get Ready to Rumble remix.

chest tomorrow what do you all think should i do flat press first, try to press the 50's x 8+, or do incline first and see how many times i can rep out the 46's fresh? i have been doing flat first for ages btw

Tomorrow, I'm rolling back my bench by 2 weeks but still progressing on squat / row
so, aim is:
Squat: 90kg x 5 (+belt on last set)
Bench: 75kg x 5 (then will build back up to 80kg x 5)
Row: 70kg x 5 (+chalk) (+belt on last set)

omg my eyes. it burnsss! got up early today to combat my waking up at 5pm. was supposed to go back to gym today after week off but i think im gona take another day. normally i would just say fuk it but i ate nothing yesterday so i would probably be a shiit session anyway.
hopefully i can stay awake to 9 or somin.

I'd fix it. I'm not doing this again. I'm so sore today and I couldn't sleep last night  Did two coats yesterday and need to do a third (covering up dark blue) but I've run out of paint. Going to put off today's training until tomorow. This sucks

Damn the news is splashed with that daft bint moaning about Gordon Brown getting her sons surname wrong. I mean seriously, the woman has hand written a letter that is a personal letter and GB gets a few things wrong which aren't even a great mistakes anyway, and the bitch reveals it to The Sun of all newspapers. I am sorry but I don't feel any sympathy for this woman, it's a personal letter that she didn't even know that she was going to recieve, it's hand written which makes it personal and he gives his condolences. I think it's a case of beggars can't be choosers and if the guy has got mistakes what does it matter? surely him apologising and everything makes it better than nothing. Just annoyed at the press jumping on everything.

Lots of liquids for you, water. But also try hot water with honey and lemon. And get good amount of rest and sleep also eat good amounts and you should be fine.
