Up Your Mass Dosage Question

I am starting up your mass tomorrow. On the label it says to have 4 scoops. I was wondering if it would make a difference if i only did 3 scoops twice a day. Thanks

there's nothing wrong with doing that, just take as many servings as you need to get adequate caloric intake.

I only use 3 scoops most of the time as well.

Partly because I go through it so fast, and secondly I take it at work and only have a 16 oz. shaker cup and 3 scoops works well. 4 scoops just makes it cake paste.
