Sheiko program

How work this program?

i've found this program, it's sheiko?
ps: it' only a part of program that i've found

deadlift 1X20 120 KG, 1X10 160KG, 1X10 180KG, 1X8 200KG, 1X4 240 KG, 1X4 260 KG (COSTUME), 1X2 270KG (COSTUME), 1X1 285,5 KG (COSTUME), MAX (beyond 300 kg )

this are the last 2 week of the program, the program last 6 week

do you know that type of program is?

thats no sheiko i've seen. It doesn't doesn't look entirely dissimilar it could be some other dude's interpretation.
