I love Jalapeno and Lime Hummus.
Feeling a little blue, I moved back home today. Which is good. Obviously. You know I am so thankful to the universe
for providing....the generosity of my friends.....the love of a child......the ability to have experiences and express myself
and my emotions, though never ever in the way I could anticipate. This life is good
Yea Val the movie was a sad schmaltz fest! All four of us girls cried practically through the whole thing! It is good
to do that sometimes....
The Oracle and I are confabulating

do you think it has assisted you in your current view of the world, other than help realise things are not necessarily as they seem?
not that i intend to take it, of course.

I'm not sure I'd choose the word 'assisted' however, I think it has expanded my current view of the world. Also, i find that for some reason my resonance
with individuals who may have experimented with ways to take oneself to a slightly altered conciousness via substance seems to be a bit stronger, and whether that
is simply shared frame of reference or the fact that individuals who have chosen to do those things are more like minded naturally?....dunno. The problem obviously
is with control and safety - of the substance, the situation, the company, etc.

dunno, HRM's don't work on me anyway, I just go balls out keep it under 2:00/500m and 20-30 sec seems to be the max at that. Obviously never going
to work as well as running, but that is not an option for me a mo

I am exhausted but it's been a good week. I am talking the day off from training today
The manometry went pretty well! in addition to the balloon (which literally was a purple
party balloon on the end of a plastic tube!) they stuck an 'ultrasound on a stick' up there!
and all good news - everything is 'in tact' which means none of the muscles are torn or
slackened to a huge extent. The prognosis from the hospital team is that the fissure
still is not completely healed, but with another round or 3 of botox things might just
get back to normal therefore no need for biofeedback or surgery! YIPEEEEE!!
I was so excited I did box squats yesterday (VERY light )
And I finally had the nerve to get on the scales this morning and guess what, it's
quite OK! not perfect, but good!

Phew I am so happy to hear there is no surgery needed!!!
Just a little Botox, eh? Who would gave thought?!
Can you imagine having that job?? Sticking baloons in people? I know I know, all the serious stuff aside, it's kinda funny.
I really am glad you are ok and got the help you needed!

Things aren't perfect, but seems that they are looking up?!
Jalepino and lime hummus sounds amazing btw. Did you make it yourself or buy it? I think I want to try to make some.

I've had a good three day weekend, lots of rest, but lifted each day Had a lovely day yesterday which included a road trip and a refeed
Very exciting last night the NZ soccer team qualified for the World Cup
2 weeks of school left....then what??? who knows!
Jen the hummus is bought but would be really easy to make!
Megs I planted veggies this weekend - snow peas, beans, jalapenos, capsicum and lots of lettuce! My strawberries and raspberries are
looking good and will be here in a few months hurrah!
