For someone who doesnt typically do much direct volume for arms I would say you have some decent development. Do you think the direct work lately has had a positive effect on them or do you still think arms can grow well enough through compounds and whatnot?
Eric is being sensitive, and wants to know what you mean. Are you being sarcastic? Miami doesn't need anything! He is Miami. He just needs some hair on the chest, and perhaps some cheap jewelry. And some some Tums.
How was your birthday, you never called back
nah...not being sarcastic...just doesn't look like erics legs...i don't know if its the new shoes throwing me...the angle...or what...but....just don't look like him...
it was actually pretty boring until around 1030....and yeah i didn't call anyone back...i'm retarted...but i was at the grocery store when he called...loud and noisy + my ****ty phone = no good...

Not too big, but whenI get a pump they look bigger. No pump, not very impressive.

Some direct arm work is not a bad thing, specially if you are a competitive bodybuilder, were 90-95% of your development in a specific area is not enough. Meaning it has helped, get that extra ummmph, but the majority of your size will come from compounds. Once I e my bench press to the mid 300's I think my triceps will have a very different look.
I consider my arm day, a good way to refine things. Also some ab, work and cardio on that day. Which I need to start getting on the ball about again.

Same here! More drive from the bottom, I bring up the ham and ass! DANGER! Pure back, I am starting to think I get more from rack pulls than off the floor.
lots of fun this weekend! I did less working reps in my entire workout that day than they did on the v squat lol

Yeah but I was 235-240 and my life revolved around pulling from the floor. 550 would be sick!
I am get anxious about meeting you. Gonna sell you on doing the feb meet
Haha, I'm hoping I can even train this week let alone hit a Feb meet. Weirdest thing going on right now that started last night sitting still not even moving. Bunch of nerve pain in my neck and left side of my upper back since last night. Hoping this ish goes away by tomorrow...I want to get trainin'!
But anyway lots of food and lots of pullin' from the floor? Sounds good to me man!
Only thing that didn't go according to plan was Curry Corner being closed. Have a baby by me...
be a millionaire....and I was happy that barb did not smell of coriander and bbq sauce when I got home

Rack Pulls are an amazing lift, but with full ROM deadlifts I think it depends on what the goals are for what you want out of them. I believe full rom can thicken the entire body up the best on the right kind of routine where recovery isnt such a big hassle, which is why I enjoyed doing deadlifts with max-ot and HIT style of training. Now Deficit deadlifts I think are the best deadifts for any result from my experience trying them the other day

By Red Sierra Mist, do you mean Cranberry Splash? I really like the Live Wire Mt. Dew, but I don't believe that that comes in diet. Sick workout guys; I could definitely tell that your legs were shot after that session.

This happens to me all the time. Typically it's just my lower neck out of place a bit. 1 trip to the chiro and it's bueno.
And like Bert said, you should do the meet!

Now I am going to start introducing some more potent fat burners, and calories have been dropped to about 2,850 a day. Cardio is an everyday thing, and its just as painfull as the weight training. I only got a few more weeks to go, so its a must that I use my time correctly. I only got thirteen more pounds to loose, and about five weeks to do so. While I love the drop in fat I really can't wait to start gaining some muscle.
After dieting for this long my body is going to be anabolic spunge. I don't see why by the end of the year I can't be around 220 pounds and close to just as lean as right now.
In any case here we go.....
Let's JUMP into week 25!
Waist is getting tighter...
A week full of candids
They look "grosser" in real life.
460 Pound Stiff Leg Deadlift!
That is all for now folks, next week I hope to be a very light 206 pounds. I miss my pizza.
