I used to get daily breakouts of 3-5 zits but now I rarely see a single pimple on my face, I dont take the supplements anymore, I actually stopped after 2 months.

its a superfood with minerals, not a drug so there are no side effects..

I haven't taken the supplement for over a year.

I get around 1-2 pimples every week, compared to 3 new ones daily before medication while also applying 3 medications at once 3 times a day, Now all I do is wash my face.

Take 15 grams of chlorella per day, 3 times a day, 5 pills each time with food each time

take 2-6 grams of maca per day with food 3 times a day, 3 pills morning,midday,afternoon every time with food.

Wash your face with anti bacterial soap, apply alcohol or hydrogen peroxide twice a day, watch out for the eyebrows because its bleaches them

To amplify the effect, take zinc on a empty stomach once a day 60mg.


If you follow this routine, I guarantee results, I got them in a week, perfect clear skin not one zit.

dont worry about overdosing on the spirulina or chlorella its a food not a medication, i take 15 of them per day , You need to take them in massive amounts to get results.

...Or you could just eat what humans were meant to eat (fruit, veggies, and meat) and your acne will disappear. Acne is a modern affliction due to modern diet.
