I sampled 1/3 of the adult dosage of Carnage and Ultra Cordygen V02 during this workout (from Millenium Sport Technologies) Felt pumped up, and did great on my deadlifts, but by the time chinups came around I was feeling sort of sick in my stomach, and felt the blood moving in my head, so i stopped.
